22 जनवरी की रात को महाजन फील्ड फायरिंग रेंज से सटे गांवो शुभलाई, अजितमाना,लखावर में आदतन शिकारियों द्वारा 40 हिरणों का शिकार किया गया था। इस घटना के विरोध में शिकारियों को सजा दिलाने तथा वन विभाग के दोषी कर्मचारियों के खिलाफ कार्यवाही करने हेतु शिव जम्भेश्वर गौशाला रोझा,फुलदेसर,सहनीवाला के द्वारा गांव में कैंडल मार्च निकाला गया। वन विभाग के कर्मचारी मनरूप सिंह का पुतला जलाकर,विरोध किया। इस अवसर पर गौशाला सचिव कृष्णलाल बिश्नोई,अध्यक्ष हरलाल रोझ,रामकुमार पुनिया,मुकेश पुनिया,विनोद रोझ,धर्मपाल बिश्नोई सहित काफी संख्या में वन्य जीव प्रेमी मौजूद रहे।।
